What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Systems to lead and scale the technology infrastructure that powers our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams — including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You will drive strategic systems planning, execution, and optimization across our GTM tech stack, ensuring that tools and processes align with our revenue growth objectives and are AI-enabled to drive productivity and efficiency.

About the role:

GTM Systems Strategy & Roadmap

  • Own and evolve the roadmap for GTM systems (CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Success tools, etc.)
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to understand business needs and translate them into scalable systems solutions.

Tech Stack Management

  • Lead administration and enhancement of key platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Gainsight, Outreach/Gong, and others.
  • Ensure proper integration and data flow across systems to enable end-to-end visibility across the customer lifecycle.

Project Management

  • Manage system implementations, upgrades, and integrations across cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and third-party consultants as needed.

Analytics and Optimization

  • Collaborate with Operations and Analytics teams to ensure clean, accurate data and reliable reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enable AI and automation.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of system engineers and administrators.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in business systems, revenue operations, or GTM technology roles.
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including direct management, mentorship, and performance coaching.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing tech platforms.
  • Strong project management and change management experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar a plus.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Administrator or other relevant certifications.
  • Familiarity with RevOps frameworks and KPIs.
  • Background in data architecture or API integrations.
