One of the early roles we saw emerging within established Business Systems teams to focus on Internal Tooling with more of a Product and AI-centric mindset.
Traditional CX Engineer roles concentrate on the core stack (i.e. Salesforce, Zendesk etc), while this role called for heavy API expertise, knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, or similar scripting languages, and experience with AI chatbot automation and NLP.
